Hi, I'm Helen. I'm a wife and mum to two. The kids keep me busy but in my down time I like to get my teeth into a good crime drama, a good old whodunnit!

Having a good laugh with friends is always good for the soul, especially when done with some food and a board game or two!

I enjoy being creative and having a night to myself with my sewing machine!

Counselling is set to play a major role in Helen’s future. Having completed her counselling qualifications she’s excelling at hearing peoples’ stories and guiding them as they work through their own expectations for life.

Helen loves getting to know the real you. There’s so much more to each of us than what’s presented at face value. We all have a story! She’s looking forward to hearing yours!
