At Studio 71 we offer a range of classes to aid your healthy wellbeing!

Every Wednesday at 7pm we host an ‘Aware Mental Health Support Group'.

And whether you’re a seasoned expert or feeling clueless why not try out Pilates, Tai Chi or Yoga on your doorstep in Newtownards.

Pilates

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.
